Manos a Traves de la Frontera Incorporated in 1989 The MATF & HATB Foundations work together to partner schools. This work includes intercultural training, facilitation, and working with communities to build lasting relationships. Some 3,000 students, parents, coordinators and supporters participate in the special experience of our school exchange programs. The program begins with 5th grade and includes community colleges as well. In Mexico, MATF is supported by the Secretaria de Educacion y Cultura de Sonora.
